Terms and Conditions
I. Term; Termination. Membership is for a term of twelve (12) months. Members may voluntarily terminate their membership at any time, although no refunds will be granted. Membership may be involuntarily terminated by a majority vote of the board, in which case prorated refunds will be granted.
II. Benefits of Membership. The Member shall enjoy access to all corporate membership benefits offered by the Alliance during the Term. Benefits may change during the course of the Term based on membership input and direction of the Alliance’s Board of Directors.
III. Membership Dues and Participation. Membership dues are:
- Platinum Membership: $75,000
- Gold Membership: $40,000
- Silver Membership: $15,000
- Standard Membership: $2,500
The amount of dues for each renewal term shall be subject to adjustment as determined by the Alliance in its sole discretion and communicated at or near the end of the calendar year. Additionally:
a. The Member acknowledges and authorizes that it may be listed as a Corporate Member on Alliance collateral and public statements and that the Member’s logo may be displayed on the Alliance website and collateral, subject to the grant of permission for any trademarked or copyrighted material provided at the inception of corporate membership. If at a subsequent date, the Member sponsors a specific Alliance event, the Member’s name and logo may be displayed on the event’s website and collateral;
b. The Member agrees to acknowledge its corporate membership in the Alliance and to promote Alliance membership to its application developer network through the Member’s standard communications practices, including blog posts, e-newsletters, and emails, etc.; and
c. Failure to render dues payment within 90 days after the commencement of each one-year term will result in termination of corporate membership unless other arrangements have been made with the Alliance.
d. The member agrees that the Alliance may, for educational purposes, irrevocably and royalty free, publish original materials produced by the member to its corporate and developer memberships, including posts on websites operated by the Alliance.
